Since when did the Chilli come with half a roll? Not very happy about that. Won't be ordering that again. Coffee is ALWAYS... burnt or they get in wrong. Terrible customer service most the time and very slow. Read more

It's ok , I was disappointed. A couple of times when they say there open , but get there and closed early so now i don't find... them reliable . And there food it ok, but still enjoy the coffee at least if they did not close early and on line it says thereopen Read more

Timhortons doesn't care people time. One may wait cup of coffee for 20 minutes.

Service is generally slower then I'm used to, coming from out of town in a larger city near Toronto, but this visit I chatted... briefly with the cashier while making my coffees to go, she stated she moved back from being in Ontario at a much faster pacedtim Hortons location... Believe me when I say it showed as the service was speedier then usually expected... Read more

If i could give negative stars, i would. Horrible service, crazy long wait for a grilled cheese (almost 30 minutes!) ordered in... the app... there was no line, no cars in the lot, one car at a time through drive-thru... informed we couldn't get a refundbecause it was ordered through the app and no offer of a replacement. I gave them another shot after my last experience whichwas nearly identical except the wait was almost an hour at the time, but I will never come here again.
