Went in and ordered 3 chicken club sandwich meals, 1 was supposed to be spicy(mine). Not only was it not spicy, it had no bacon... on it either. The fried pickles were also incredibly salty. I'll stuck to the one in Goose Creek feom now on. Read more

EDIT: I just got off the phone with the manager, Lisa. Not even 20 minutes after my complaint, she called to check with me about... it. I have got to say I?ve never experienced better customer service in my life lol. Lisa was extremely friendly and helpful,and I will definitely be going back (even if it?s just because the staff is so nice). The staff was nice but they got my orderwrong and the food they made was gross, unseasoned, and soggy. My husband?s salad was severely lacking. It looked as though theyscooped all the chicken off with the tomatoes. After a long day, this was like the straw that broke the camels back. I wish Icould get a refund but of course I can?t. Every few years I'm in the southeast USA and always go to Zaxby's because of the great chicken. Tonight I was underwhelmed! ... Today my daughter and I went to Zaxby's and when we walked in we were greeted by a delightful young man named Courtney. He... smiled and greeted us when we walked in, asked if he could name our order, which I thought was so sweet, then took our order,read it back for accuracy and delivered our order to our table. It was like a breath of fresh air to have such a CHEERFULperson waiting on us, in a world full of grumpy people, it sure was nice to have Courtney serve us today! Well, I had the Wings and Things with hot honey mustard sauce. Fries was ok and the Chicken Tenders was good. But when I went to... eat the Hot Honey Mustard Chicken it was not fully cooked.
