Not a good indoor experience with my online order. Cashiers did not know where my order was and just stared.

The food at this Zaxbys is always good. However, the long wait times and the not so friendly staff here makes the wait almost... unbearable. The staff here could stand some sensitivity training and also learn to be a little nicer to the folks who are herespending their hard earned money. Zaxby's food are incredible the staff are friendly and it's very clean to and everytime I go to Zaxby's I never had any regrets.

This one on Hwy 52 in Florence sc was not as good or fresh as other Zaxbys I have been to

Food portions seemed to be smaller. I had the chicken finger plate. Smaller portion of cole slaw and fries.

Customer service was horrible. The girl with the plastic wig was very rude and disrespectful.

Food was great and the service was excellent. The staff was very friendly.

Prices keep getting higher and food keeps getting worse. Food is never fresh
