My family and I sat at speaker box waiting for someone to take our order for more than half an hour! Granted it was 11:00 pm at... night and so late until there wasn't very many options for food at that hour but don't say you are open for business when youhaven't prepared anything and don't have enough people working to have someone take food orders at the drive thru and mop thefloor simultaneously. Drive through lady was very rude we pull up and nobody was in line and inside was closed looked like a ghost town. We asked if... she could hold a second please to look over the menu and when we where ready she yelled can you hold a second please with therudest attitude. It?s always something with this Wendy?s. Stopped going as much because you sit at the drive-through forever, and today was no... different. Went by there and began to order my food just to be put on hold, without even being told to hold on, just for theemployee on the other end to tell me to wait one second, after I said ?hello?. I am still at the drive-through waiting to beserviced meanwhile I look over and not one, but FOUR employees are outside with the hood of a car popped up as if they weretrying to fix the car. All while me and other cars are in line still patiently waiting. After a couple more minutes, I finallyjust decided to pull off just to see another worker at the drive-through window eating. This is the worst experience I ever had at a restaurant. I started ordering and cashier yelled wait and she curse at me stating... what that f$&?! I want. The manager was aware and she did not apologize for what we said. Read more

Every business is struggling, it's clear this Wendy's is as well. Young lady taking the orders was new or untrained in using the... register, so she winged it. She was the only one to run the register the whole time we were there, and a slew of people came inbehind me so there was a wait for food and drinks (she can't make a frosty when she's taking orders). When the food finallyarrived, about ten minutes later (so much for fast food) a burger was missing and they forgot to make my daughter's burger withno pickle. They corrected the missing burger but I didn't complain about the pickles because it was clearly a struggle to getthat much complete. Another employee who was getting off couldn't clock out so the manager was assisting them (probably anothernew employee they don't have time to train). Ketchup in lobby hadn't been refilled, and I saw every employee on their phone atsome point during the visit. We left abruptly, without finishing our meal because a different employee was curing, using the Fword over and over again, to his phone behind the counter. I stopped visiting this establishment during COVID, and it's clearthey still haven't recovered. It'll be a while before I go back. I pray they can get some good management in there to trainemployees on appropriate behavior. Read more

In and out relatively pretty fast food was hot and good, however the girl at the drive up window has the personality of a wet... paper towel. After handing me my food I thanked her and told her to have a very nice day and she simply just closed the windowas she was texting on her phone???????? Don?t get me wrong I do realize working at a drive up window it?s not the goal career inlife But common courtesy and respect is expected from everyone. Read more

Where?s my strawberry frosty??? Got chocolate instead. Wasn?t melted at least. Delivery was fast and there order app was Great... and easy to use. Got free frosty with order of fries. Hamburger leaves one asking ?where?s the beef?? Just not what I remember. Read more

No Frosty? Best part of going to a Wendy's. Got no receipt, printers been broke a long time. How do you know if you are charged... the right amount. Both employees seemed like they did not care. No name tag. Employee who said he was the manager said therewas no store number. We will not return to this location. Read more
