This is the weirdest Wendy's I've ever been to. Sometimes I come in here and the employees are nice and the food is high... quality, and other days the employees are rude and not doing a thing to prepare the food. Today, the ketchup dispenser wasbroken and they were out of salt and they told the customers to get over it. ???? Shortly after that, a team member made myfrosty and then the manager came over cursing and screaming at him about how stupid he was for filling the frosty just a littletoo much. Highly unprofessional and unnecessary. They also didn't offer me a tray so I had to eat at a table on my bag. Whoeverthat manager was on this shift should be ashamed. Read more
Food was good, service decent. Only complaint I had was no no changing table for babies in the restrooms. Also, my husband... mentioned there was no soap in the men's room. Read more
Sitting in drive thru for 10 minutes at the speaker to order. I can hear the employees from the back door that?s open. They keep... saying please hold. All I want is a frosty. There are 3 cars behind me also. If they have time to hang around the back door itseems they would have time to take some orders. Read more
I have never dined in. I have always gone through the drive-thru. Today my son stopped in to get lunch and I went inside with... him to stay cool. When I say I think I will travel to a Wendy's on the other side of town, I mean it! The floors that were justmopped smelled like old, dirty water, ALL the tables were dirty, and the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Allof the above is probably what is attracting all the flies here. There are even quite a few dead ones in the window. I hate tosee what the restrooms look like. Someone needs to check management. I ordered the summer strawberry salad..well first off had to wait 45 minutes in the drive thru to order then the cashier who... read my order back to me from the speaker correctly somehow got my order wrong by the time I got to the window. Even though thesalad was packed with lettuce that was about it I had one strawberry cut into fours and the grilled chicken but no bacon like itsays on the commercial. This salad was horrible that I could even eat it. Read more
Don't go anytime after the dining room is closed. You will be waiting at the drive thru for at least 30 minutes. Just for cold... food. Read more
