Always good food! Just don't go there between 10:30 am to noon on Saturdays. Have to wait 30 minutes for your meal.

Venus is a staple in the Florence area. It is a comfortable atmosphere, has great service and excellent food. I can remember... going to Venus back in the 80's. I've always enjoyed their breakfast. If you are visiting the Florence area, give Venus a try. You'll be glad you did! Read more

Food was ok, I think my omelette wasn?t completely cooked through though. They offer a waffle with fruit but then charge you for... the fruit ($1.50) and the fruit wasn?t fresh, we got strawberries and they looked like they had been soaked in liquid so wedidn?t eat them. The menu doesn?t state that they charge extra for fruit. I know it?s only $1.50 but that?s not the point. Wecame a second time and we will NEVER go back. $10.50 for a club that had one piece of Turkey on it and one piece of ham, it wasthe smallest most pathetic club I?ve ever seen. You get charged extra if you use a credit card vs cash. Just a really bad placeto go. The picture is 2 pieces of the sandwich not one. Sad Read more

T-Bone and eggs and a side of sausage. T-bone was nothing to write home about, and the "hash browns" were more like just fried... pieces of potato, but they weren't bad. Sausage was good, one thing they didn't have was biscuits and gravy which I thought wasweird. Overall they must be doing something right, they have been there since 1977. I'm guessing they have quite a few regulars. Read more
