I've gone to 30 of these places across the country, so my review is in relation to those. The staff were like zombies. Might be... worth a bit of personality training. This is my go-to place to get a smoothie when I have a craving for one. And the staff members are very friendly.

The services is great. Only I a problem today bc the young lady made my wrap without chicken. I called and they insisted I bring... it back but only telling them that she needed to be reminded that chicken goes in the Ceaser wrap. The sandwich she made wasgood...granted it was a salad wrap! I got the replacement sandwich and wish I wouldve just kept the salad wrap. It was actuallybetter than the replacement wrap ???????????. Also when I brought the sandwhich back a skinny rude Caucasian young girl wasloudy stating how dry the Ceaser wrap was and that she didn't like it. Instead of management letting her know that currently heropinion doesn't matter bc she's not paying for the sandwhich. She just let her keep talking as if customers wasn't in the lineordering. I have been going here for over 5 months Monday through Friday. I ordered a smoothie last week and it was nasty I asked coils my... smoothie get remaked, the manager that?s a woman was arguing with another customer she then said no I can?t get my smoothieremake and she was VERY RUDE. I said I?m not trying to be rude nor was I rude I just want another smoothie made. I will not goback there because of that manager she didn?t apologize for how she was to me nor was she trying to correct my issue.
