This was my second time visiting this location, my first time my husband and I went for a late afternoon treat. We walked into... the store both staff members didn?t acknowledge either of us, so we left. Today I thought I would give them a second chance,walked in with 2 others the young lady behind the counter didn?t say one word. My daughter spoked twice before she responded.Once again I left, but not before telling her that she needs to learn how to deal with the public if not you want be having manycustomers. First time and it was amazingly delicious!
The vanilla flavored yogurt had a weird soury taste like it was spoiled.Spent $18 on 2 cups and had to throw them out after we... got home. If traffic wasn't so bad I would have went back. Definitely does not compare to other sweet frogs I've been to. Read more
This place sucked!! Walked in and the girl working didn?t look or say anything to us. Then we walk all the way the the back to... find no cups. I ask her where the cups are and she points by the counter. YOU COULD OF TOLD US THAT BEFORE WE WALKED TO THEBACK! they didn?t even have much to choose from but 6 flavors. This place didn't even have chocolate yogurt ! How is that even possible. Employee was stuck on her phone instead of giving... great customer service to the people in her place of business. I would say I'm mad but I'm more disappointed because my daughteractually enjoys and looks forward to going here...Shame on you sweet frog :( Read more
I really liked this place but I have a few issues, starting with broken machines that don?t freeze their product. Next being... that the employees don?t speak to you in the store, literally the only thing the employees ever say is your total. And lastly,they are not open for theirs posted hours. It?s a real bummer to drive 30 minutes just to have the employees run to the backand hide when you pull up to a locked door an hour before they say they close. Luckily Freddy?s was open and honestly a goodbit cheaper than what I would have gotten at sweet frog. Read more
