Wouldn't even rate this one star if I could because I actually didn't get any service. I came in around 10:40 PM on March 30th,... 2021 and waited about 2 mins before the lady in the back even realized I was there. No biggie, I'm a patient person but then sheproceeded to tell me that she was closed 20 mins prior to closing time which I've been coming to this subway for awhile now andknew the close time. As I pull it up in my phone what time her place of employment actually closes she tells me yea we close at11 and it's 10:42 right now and walks off to the back. The guy behind the counter was very friendly, however, I couldnt get the new brisket sandwich because the oven was broken. I... told him that I would just take it cold, he informed me that I wasn't allowed to get a sandwich cold! It's not like its raw, and if that's the case then why can I get all the other sandwiches cold? Read more
The people fixing the subs could be a little nicer and at least at like they want to be there. I worked at the subway in lake... city and if we had an attitude we got sent home. Read more

Took longer than normal. There where 3 employees. Only one actually helping customera.you could cut the tention with a knife.... The older women seriously just atanding arpund ignoring us. You could tell the one girl working was irritated but she stilltried to give us her attentipn and best customer service she could with a line of 4 people. Never will i go to this locationagain. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! Horrible. I ordered curbside so that i could hurry home to my kid after work and after sitting... outside for 15 minutes i finally walked in and she pointed to a table where she threw my sandwich at in pickup.
