Always great staff, clean, great taste and overall a great place. I have come here for years and it's quick.
I thought that maybe this restaurant would have improved since my last visit so I decided to give them another try. I ordered... online using the app. When I arrived to pick up the order, there were no subs waiting on the online order rack. So I sat in achair beside the rack waiting while four staff members stood around looking like lost little sheep. Finally I went to thecounter and asked where my order was. Lo and behold it was sitting on a counter beside the register. Of course they had signsadvertising ?order online and jump the line?. It?s sad when they do not have a line and provide a place in which to pick uporders. Terrible service! I will not give them another chance. Avoid this place! Read more
Tonight I ordered 3 sandwiches. All 3 were to be 6 inch. One was a foot long. 2 of the three were made incorrectly and they... completely forgot the drinks and chips.
