Pretty clean bathrooms, they have showers and microwave
I just had the greatest example lazy I've ever seen in my life. I really enjoyed the experience Pilot. Four customers and three... employees. The employees were so busy orchestrating an entire scene about who was helping who that nobody was getting helped. Icould also do without the nose and facial rub before you touch every item I'm purchasing. I don't know if the cashier didn'tthink I would notice or if she just wanted to disrespect me that much. Not sure when they started this. But they treat you like a criminal when you reserve a shower. Apparently they are losing... towels and blaming it on drivers. They want you to leave your keys ,wallet just to get a towel. Not cool for how much theycharge for their stuff to begin with. Not very professional. Update...Good God,after reading all the reviews,it s been thisway for months and pilot is not doing anything about it. Guess I ll have to start staying at competitors. Read more

they just laugh among themselves. they won't work. do not match the Pilot. very rude. I wasted my diesel and time. it seems... like they don't know what they're doing. terrible experience. I was never able to fill up the diesel even though they acceptedthe payment. I highly recommend the owner to think about the attitude to the customer Read more
Four of the Diesel pumps are down, repeat they are down and broken lol not sure if there?s any love inside either! I have to say... this is not a place i want to stay at. At least food and coffee is always good here. Read more
There is lots of parking and the workers are very friendly. However, the showers are absolutely disgusting. Gives off the vibe... that someone passed away in there. The trash was not emptied from the previous person and it was generally unclean. Wouldn?trecommend this location because of the obvious hygiene issues. Read more
