I?d leave no stars if I could. We had a party of 7 for a birthday. When we got seated we waited 20 mins for them to take our... drink order. An hour into this fiasco we were told there was only one chef. I get being short handed, but how about some bettercommunication. After sitting there for two hours we all just decided to leave and go to McDonalds. We aren?t the type tocomplain, but this was a nightmare that wouldn?t end. When we were leaving the waitress actually wanted to charge us for thedrinks. Just sweet tea. This is the 2nd bad experience. We won?t be back. Poor management all around. Read more

Place is dirty. Extremely gross. They were very unwilling to accommodate to an allergy that two people in our party had. We?re... very rude about it. We also split a plate and did not get near the amount of food worth the costs. Maybe 4 pieces of steak and 5pieces of chicken. This is the third awful experience we?ve had. Will not be returning. Yeah I have been to this place several time I don't have a difficult order I get vegetables without broccoli and now they want... to charge to take broccoli out like seriously with other options in town I suggest go there they crooks never have they donethis and not to mention the unsanitary conditions of the grill and vents that looks like it's never been cleaned. Let me start by saying that I?ve never put a bad comment about a restaurant in my life. But I?ve never been a customer treated... like this by a restaurant in my life either. Went to eat a nice dinner here after a long week. Sat on the non hibachi grill sidebecause they had an hour + wait due to large parties with reservations. Even though we were told previously that they don?t doreservations. But ok. Ordered our food and my wife?s steak came out not as well done as she wanted. She orders her steak verywell done, and with her being pregnant wanted it very well done. She asked them to cook it longer and the waitress took it back.About a minute later she brought it back out? not sure this was enough time to cook it much more but ok. She cut into it and itwas still a bit pink. She asked the waitress to have them cook it for longer. The nice waitress took it and then came back andtold us that the chef REFUSED to cook it more. I asked for a manager and she said he was in the back and too busy to come out.Never in my life have I ever had someone tell my wife that they wouldn?t cook her food the way she wanted it cooked. They saidhe wouldn?t cook it more, but that they would take it off the bill. After they later tried to charge me for it, they ended uptaking it off the bill, along with discounting my meal. Why would a restaurant take $40 off a bill, leaving my pregnant wife tosit there not being able to eat, instead of just cooking the steak for a few more minutes. We are not difficult people, we justwanted the steak cooked how she wanted it cooked. Will never be back to this restaurant again. Read more

So me and my family came to eat had our soups and salads, we also ordered and I was Gluten Free and the waitress wrote it down... fine. The waitress told the chef and the chef refused to make mine gluten free, so we had to leave . Last time they made itgluten free so I don?t know what the problem was, so me and my family won?t be coming back. Don?t come here if you have aallergy they don?t care to make your food. Read more
