Customer service here isn't pleasant. When you go in the employees will look and stare some will even laugh if they see... something wrong with you. I honestly think they need to hire individuals who is mature and has better people skills. They wonderwhy customers get upset, it's because of the service they receive. Who wants to spend their money and time for service like theservice you get there? They need an undercover boss working day and night just to see what really goes on at this restaurant andmany many more. Read more

Excuse me McDonald's, but how are customers are to know that a 24 hour location closes the inside for customers at 10 and for... Doordash and Uber at 12 if there is NO SIGNS or changes in time on the website, apps, and Google Maps? This is pitiful customerservice. Read more
I hate to say this but this establishment needs to be shut down or the employees need to be replaced asap if it isn?t 1 thing... it?s another, they?ve messed up my order plenty of times and get attitudes when I address it kindly which is uncalled for,secondly I ordered food never got it and I called and told the GENERAL MANAGER JALESSA and she told me to return the followingday so I did and they made a big deal I came back called me a liar and still didn?t refund or give me my order at all.
