Always hot food here. The ice cream machine has been working 95% of the time that I have been there. The other times were... because it was being cleaned. Read more
9 am no line in drive through and parking lot not busy but yet I'm waiting for a sausage biscuit only and others are the same in... the front of the parking lot....when they brought out the food they didn't have a clue which car got what and food wastransfered from many hands before I got my single sausage biscuit. Haven't been to this location in a long time but doesn't seemany better then before. Workers are still rude aswell. Smh Read more
Had a late lunch. The restroom was clean and stocked. The cashier didn't understand what we ordered. I had to go back up to the... register, after 5 minutes, to see where our order was. Not going there again. Read more
Quick morning stop on my way home, this was literally the best McDonald?s I?ve been based on friendliness and how much they want... to please you. I was so shocked how nice the employees were to us. Everyone on the morning crew this morning deserves a raise! Read more

Absolute trash and I?ve been in the service industry so it takes a lot for me to say this. We?ve been to this location every now... and then and every time has been horrible but we try to be understanding. Today on the other hand is absolutely ridiculous. Wehad a fairly easy order but was still incorrect when we received it. My fiancée went in to have his burgers made correctlywhile I stayed with the kids. 10 minutes later! He comes back with his 2 cheeseburgers that they had incorrectly made a secondtime. We finally just gave up and drove off. To then realize they had also messed up our daughters burger and given us the wrongdrinks. Managaement and staff is a joke here. Read more
aMAZing customer service! Big shout out to Elo working drive-thru at 6:02pm All I needed was coffee. I was in drive thru and I... said "Please add lots of cream and sugar. I don't like the taste of coffee and need to make it home to Charlotte." Elo at drivethru said is that enough? I looked at the screen and started laughing. She had added 15 each of sugar and cream. I said I don'tneed THAT much but I like your sense of humor. I said how about 7 creamers and 4 sugars. She said ok. I pulled around, paid andwas handed my perfectly made to order coffee PLUS a to go bag with extra sugar, creamers and straw. Way to go the extra mileand with a smile on your face.
