We have bought several cookie cakes for our children?s birthdays from the magnolia mall location. After our experience this... weekend, I am sorry to say we will have to find another resource. My wife is just getting back out from surgery and I thought itwould be a nice surprise to visit. Finally getting service, we asked about the buy 5 get 1 free sale. There was a sign promotingthe sale on the cookie cake slices. We asked for 6 slices per the sign. Immediately we were verbally attacked by the femalesalesperson saying that was not part of the sale. When my wife politely asked why there was a sign on the cookie cake if it wasnot valid, we were attacked again and told she was not going to argue and turned her back and walked away with a smile on herface. Down right nasty. Guy didn't wash his hands after eating his lunch & cleaning food from around his mouth with his hands. He... refused to serve me & my children after I asked if he could wash his hands. Got loud after I asked nicely. Nasty & nastycustomer service. Thanks for saving me some cash, I will never return.
