We've tried the pizza and crazy bread multiple times, but everytime it's be mediocre or pretty awful. The last batch of crazy... bread we got had no butter/sauce on it so it was like eating dried up dough. The time before that we got an old, burnt pizza.don't think staff are rude per say, but they definitely are not nice either. Not exactly worth the hassle. Read more
I pulled up to drive thru for a quick lunch for my family after church. I waited over 30 min for a "Hot and Ready" pizza while... other people went into the store and got theirs right away. And no they were not very busy. That is totally unacceptable for afast food restaurant. They should really reevaluate their priorities. Read more
I would do a 0 if available. Placed online order in which they "forgot to put in oven" after long wait and asking to speak with... a manager whom would not speak with me. Found out later she did not speak english or understand much english this from theclosest i got to a manager. He was manager in training. After finally getting second pizza which pizza #1 has gotten coldsitting on counter whole time. It is wrong instead of banana peppers it has jalapeno peppers. Over a 30 min wait on an onlineorder that says would be ready between 5:08 and 5:24 i leave at 2 min till 6. Arrived at 5:20. My family and I have spent hundreds of dollars at this location over just a few visits and every time there seems to be an... issue. Most recently we received doughy/undercooked pizza that was 30 minutes late for a scheduled pick-up even though they werenot short staffed or overly busy. Two pizzas weren't even the kind ordered (missing ingredients) and they refused to make itright by simply refunding the few dollars worth of missing extras that were paid for. The girl on the phone said there wasnothing they could do unless I drove 20 miles to give the pizzas back and waited for them to remake the order with less than 45minutes before closing. It was my fault in her opinion for not holding up the line of fellow annoyed patrons to check all 9boxes and trusting them to have simply done their jobs. If you don't mind the excessive wait times and less than hygienicemployees with poor attitudes they're passable, but always double check your order before leaving. I placed my order on the app, received confirmation, then an update that it was ready. I went to the drive thru and they said... it wasn't quite ready to please pull into a parking place for a little bit and then come back through the drive through. Iwaited about 10 minutes and went back through no luck in getting my pizza, I was asked again to park. The third time through Iwas told he didn't know what to tell me, my pizza was done but it was waiting to be cut and boxed. I didn't move out of thedrive this time until I got my pizza. It was finally given to me at 6:50, an hour after I ordered and about 40 minutes aftergetting my "it's ready" email. My pizza was cold and didn't even look like it was the extra most bestest cheese pizza. This wasthe worst experience I've had at this Little Caesars. Read more
I am very happy this location has opened near me. Never had a bad experience until this past Saturday. It took too long for my... order to be ready. They should always have $5 pizzas ready. I waited over 30 minutes and my order still wasnt ready. I wentinside to check and notice the guys in the back laughing and joking around instead of getting the pizzas out. Lobby was crowdedand one lady left because they took so long. I just asked for a refund. I known it doesnt matter if i stop coming there, but ifyou dont find a new crew, your business will go down. Alway decent pizza. Great prices. The wings are pretty good. Breadsticks are amazing. But always check your pizza before you... leave to make sure it's not old. Read more
Went to get 2 pepperoni and a cheese pizza! I wanna give high praise to Anica I believe is her name ( the young lady there right... now Nov. 5th 2022 1pm and her co-worker) they were busting tail tending to the drive through and front! I praise them on doingtheir job they both need a raise!! And yall best to acknowledge them because those are two, that i saw, of your bestemployees!!! Thank you both for amazing and fast service !!
