This donut shop is a nice place to go when you get a sweet tooth. They have the glazed donut coming off the conveyer warm.... However the ones in the window are not warm but still taste alright. I purchased the chocolate donut with cream inside, which Iwas not too pleased with as well as the cinnamon twist. Glazed donuts are my favorite and I do recommend this location. Read more
Best. Donuts. Ever. I don't like the donuts at dunkin or really anyplace else, but there's nothing like a hot Krispy Kreme... donut. Caveat: not a fan of their coffee. Not very tasty and the flavors have a fake taste I can't describe. But the donuts aregreat. Read more
The strawberry sprinkled were firm. All other were great. Always like the variety pack when I'm cheating. Cream or custard? ... Cream - all the way for me and they very good today. Jelly filled was good too. Mostly fresh and delicious. Read more

So usually they are pretty decent, but today really was a disappointment. So it was KK's anniversary today and because of it... they were doing completely chocolate glazed doughnut. I ordered almost a dozen in the app, and when I go to pick it up, I justget chocolate iced. I called the store to ask if they were doing the chocolate glazed doughnuts, and they said no. First of all,if they were not doing them, the app should not have let me place the order for the location. Second of all, the employeesshould have seen that and called me to ask if I wanted to replace the doughnuts or cancel my order. Read more

Ordered Assort Donuts online and went inside to pick up order and told her I had a fundraiser coupons so I would like like to... get a free dozen with my order. She went to put it in the register and said 9.67... I said I want to use it with the order Ijust got. She said you should've done it online because you have to pay for it now. No where on the online did I see where Icould put in for a free dozen because it doesn't have a code on the stamp booklet I have. It took me a couple times to evenunderstand what she was saying but she made it clear what she was saying when she wanted to be rude. When she comes with thedozens she slammed them on the counter and said there and walked away. If I didn't already pay for them believe me I would'vewalked out. I will not come back to this store. I will continue going to West Palmetto Street... Where they speak where you canunderstand them and treat you with respect and nice. Read more
I just had the worse experience I have ever had here. And I have came here alot in my last 35 years. So I asked about the Santa... box. They are clueless on what they have there, and there is no way to explain to them because they are that clueless. So iasked what kind of donuts they had for the Santa box. They couldn't name any of them except creme filled. So I got a dozen. Andthe Santa bellys are creme filled but they still did the chocolate iced creme filled. Told me i was confusing them, becuase theydidnt have a donut they told me they did have ???? so Even though I said I wanted to do the Santa Box they still gave me donutsthay were normal. Hell I don't work here, didn't know I needed to research and find the names of the donuts before I ordered sothat they give me actual Christmas donuts. SMH. So I pretty much got assorted creme filled donuts instead of actual Christmasdonuts.
