Haven't eaten here in a while but was close to the hospital where I was waiting to bring daughter and newborn home. We were... hungry and my husband suggested KFC. Great choice on the bowls too. The worst!!! Only the drive-thru is open, but the ordering speaker is nearly impossible to understand. Orders are never right.... The line is always long due to slow service. So after waiting 23 minutes for my order of Large Mac & Cheese and Large ColeSlaw, I received large mashed potatoes and a small cole slaw. To fix any problem will take 20 more minutes. Entire lunchbreak missed. Don't bother going to this location. Read more

Been eating there for years. Things have changed!! Quality is sliding downhill. I?m done with their drive through and all the... errors!! Wouldn?t take a phone order, won?t take an order inside. I will not be coming back to this location. The employees are rude. The employee did not give me my total so when I asked for my... total she told me the price of one sandwich 5.05 rudely like im supposed to know.They never get the order right. And they nevergive any napkins. Then when i ask for my mayo to be on the side because they always drown the sandwich, They wanna be greedywith it. Asked for a little more and the employeed was rude about it. Acted like she got more mayo But then brought back thesame container with the same amount of mayo. Then she proceeded To lie to me telling me he put more in it. They try to tell methat they can only give so much mayo for one sandwich. But the sad part is I get more mayo if I don't ask for it on the side.Will not recommend this kfc to anyone. They r slack. and no walk in allowed. Read more
