This location food was the best by far. I've tried a few other locations and the food and service was great. Waitress was... attentive and polite. Clean environment. Good waitress and good service. But the food, came out, not as ordered. Typical restaurant, these days, especially for the truck... drivers. Wanted to get breakfast, but they didn't open till 7am. Come on guys, y'all don't get it, this is a truck stop, driversrun thru the night. What happened to the 24 hour diners?? The bad thing, drivers bring y'all's stuff to you. Read more
Had a great experience at this road side diner. the staff was warm and friendly. Great customer service. I ordered the fried... fish basket with fries ,it was perfectly seasoned and cooked... I hope my next visit will be the same. Read more
Me and my spouse was going to Dennys, but instead came to the Iron Skillet. I'm so glad we did because upon arrival our sever... Tori promptly greeted our table, took our orders and the wait time was not long at all, our stakes were tender,delicious and asI've said I love thick, juicy meat ??, the cook Dontae really knows how to cook ????, the restaurant was clean not cluttered, Ilook forward to having more of Dontae thick juicy meat soon. ???? highly recommended ???? This place has changed so much. We came in for breakfast on a Saturday morning. The place Gad about 5 people inside but all the... tables where dirty. They?ll clean table as customers need them. Makes you feel that they do it on purpose not to have eat incustomer. Good comes out cold and it takes forever. Waitress don?t know what they are doing or simply just don?t want to work.Only reason to stop here unfortunately is to have my truck wash at the petro. Read more
Iron Skillet is a roadside restaurant with no frills. So, it was surprising when the chicken BLT salad arrived with very fresh,... tasty veggies and perfectly grilled, juicy chicken. It was a nice surprise. The garlic bread was also delicious. 4 stars forthis meal. Chicken parmigian was not bad, but a little flavorless. 3 stars for this meal. Great service and great food!! Waitress was very nice and took great care of us. We had the all you can eat Friday fish fry... special and it was great. The fish was tender and moist and cooked just right, not greasy. Read more
