Close to the worse.... One particular employee has a toddler and small child running all over the place, back behind the counter... with hot grease and fire grill going, kids just running free.... Older kid had a stack of large cups out playing with the cups,one employee tell her to put them back, so I wouldn't order any large drink here ... Food cold.... After traveling all day we were ready for an early lunch. Ask for a hamburger meal no cheese got cheese and the hamburger was so... tough it was like eating beef jerky must have been microwaved from the night before leftovers fries were good???????? Read more
I'm giving 2stars because the one working the window was friendly and nice..but as for the food.. expensive for much of... nothing..terrible tasting, greasy, hard, cold, lacking condiments and the phrase from the 80s " where's the beef" (or meat in mycase) could had been their catch phase" for not only was my breakfast sandwich missing the meat, and filled with some kind ofsticky cheese? If that was cheese, unappealing and the best thing of both meals was the breakfast potato rounds though stillgreasy hot and tasted the best of all we received, but I must mention the chicken on the other sandwich was not a breast as itsays and the price was high for it as well for if it was real chicken breast then it was a mutated,sickly chicken.. but nojoking, my guess is... that was pressed chicken meat, worse it was undercooked making me worry for the couple bites I took ifI'd get sick with food poisoning, and it's not ever good that the best thing of a sandwich was the crispy coating on the chicken(for it was the only thing cooked thru on the sandwich)..in general, this dining experience was a big disappointment one Iwouldn't repeat or recommend, and after driving long hours and needing a boost..in all honesty based on my experience I can'trecommend stopping here, drive elsewhere or to another Hardee's ( keeping your fingers crossed) hopefully with time it willimprove, taking reviews like mine as a chance for the manger/owner to improve your franchise or ignore and be glad that moststopping here are traveling and wouldn't stop back in again anyway..I travel frequently so I hope for improvement.. A total of 2 Cara in the parking lot. Sat at the box for someone to acknowledge theu have a customer. After I paid, told me to... pull forward next to door... again noone else in sight. Another came walking by cussing because she couldn't get in. Broughthalf my oder out. Had to pull around, wanted me to pull forward again while they get the rest of my food!! Ever visit is acatastrophe with slack and unfriendly employees. Read more
Our go-to for fast food. Good burger, hot fresh fries every time. Will have you pull aside and wait rather than serve fries that... are "past their prime." I love that! My grand son's favorite is the Frisco combo. Read more
If you get food from here make sure you check your bag before you leave. I ordered a 3 piece dark meat chicken meal and a 2... piece tender meal. What I got was two 2 piece dark chicken meals. :( but the guy who took my order was extremely nice. Read more
Today's visit was unpleasant. I ordered a Frisco hamburger with no tomato add lettuce they got the no tomato right but they did... not add the lettuce. Not only was my hamburger Patty burnt but I'm pretty sure they made the burgers thinner now. The Frenchfries were warm at best. I came during the lunch hour rush so I would think I would get some hot French fries. I did not addressthe issues with management because you could tell it wouldn't make a difference. Read more
The food was good. It would have been great if the charcoal broiler was working.
