I love the coffee and I love the food however, the customer service is poor, the drive thru line is way to long and takes to... long to get through?I?m talking about 25 minutes to get to the intercom sometimes. I?ve just stopped going to this location. Read more
Fast service and the food is consistent every time. Staff are quick and never have gotten my order wrong or produced bad... quality. Food is fresh and hot, just a little pricy but for the quality it equals it out. Read more
My Dunkin' experience was pretty awful. Granted they were very busy and I can understand some wait and chaos with that but their... management of the busyness was horrendous. They were rude, unhelpful, unapologetic, and in general just acted like theircustomers were an inconvenience. The support staff tried to be kind and helpful but the manager was particularly poor at leadingher team. Read more
Weird chemical taste on everything that I ordered! This is the reason I stopped buying from here. But I against my better... judgement I went today- same result. I?ve tried on several occasions, still the same outcome. Be it inside or going through drive through. Very slow, staff either... doesn?t want to be there or something they just don?t help your desire to return. What?s worse than that is the condition of theinside. From the ceiling to the floors it?s just dirty. Flies are everywhere which turns my stomach and any desire I had for a???? donut. It just seems unacceptable that the donuts ???? are out in the open air. Only protected by clear plastic flaps! Withflies and other threats like COVID it?s just plain GROSS! Read more
Fairly slow drive thru (I?d rate 2 out of 5) and a small parking lot not necessarily conducive to a long drive thru line. But... with friendly, efficient staff that I was impressed with (I?d rate 5 out of 5). Interior dining room was closed. The pumpkinmuffin and pumpkin donut were both fabulous! My pumpkin flavored frozen coffee was good, but the bacon on my bacon, egg, andcheese croissant was barely cooked and flimsy. My least favorite. That?s not bacon, that?s ham.
