This place absolutely SUCKS! Just left the hospital and I waited in the drive thru line to order milkshakes for over 30 minutes,... then they had me pull up to my lines window. There was one car in front of me, so I was waiting. Then they made me back up sothat the other car, from the other window, could pull off. Then they let THREE cars, that ordered AFTER me, go to the windowbefore me, before I could even pull up! I finally went inside, and they proceeded to give me the milkshakes they had alreadymade, 15mins prior! Rude cashier, and manager! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I would give them 0 stars I?m upset I got the cook out jr tray with a burger fries and corn dog no corn dog! And to top it off... no phone number online to get my money back! Full of fries no place even for a corn dog. Employee was very rude and was annoyedby me asking for condiments. Please don?t go here calling that 1800 number don?t help nothing! By far the best Cookout I have had in years. I stopped by this cookout while driving to Georgia. I was just amazed with the... quality of the food. I have probably tried most of cookout in and around Raleigh, NC. This is one miles apart from the qualityof the food. I would highly recommend if you are a cookout fan like me. Read more
This location had only been open for days. Employees are trying hard. Only real complaint was that ceiling fans were blowing... items off the tables. I did request that they be adjusted. I left before that could be accomplished. Read more
