We stopped after a softball weekend at the beach. Fries were hot, crunchy, best we have had in years. Milkshake was great.... Chicken quesadilla was amazing, hot, fresh. Thank you so much! Our home town Cookout has been gross, greasy, and suspect sincebefore covid! Read more
This place absolutely SUCKS! Just left the hospital and I waited in the drive thru line to order milkshakes for over 30 minutes,... then they had me pull up to my lines window. There was one car in front of me, so I was waiting. Then they made me back up sothat the other car, from the other window, could pull off. Then they let THREE cars, that ordered AFTER me, go to the windowbefore me, before I could even pull up! I finally went inside, and they proceeded to give me the milkshakes they had alreadymade, 15mins prior! Rude cashier, and manager! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I would give them 0 stars I?m upset I got the cook out jr tray with a burger fries and corn dog no corn dog! And to top it off... no phone number online to get my money back! Full of fries no place even for a corn dog. Employee was very rude and was annoyedby me asking for condiments. Please don?t go here calling that 1800 number don?t help nothing! They asking me for exact timewhen I already gave them a date for this complaint. They are not intersed in satisfying customers it?s only about the money! Read more
