This location has steadily went down hill. When I arrived there was a sign on the door that apologized for there not being any... lettuce for the salad bar, which I could deal with so I continued. We ordered two buffet and and 2 Coca Colas only to find outlater that half of the soda machine was out of order, including the coke, cherry coke and lemonade. The pasta was dried out andcrunchy. The buffet was never stocked more than 50 percent even though there was a choice of only 4 kinds of pizza orundercooked cheese bread. A third of the tables were dirty and I would understand if they were short staffed but there were atleast 4 to 5 employees standing around talking and joking. One I believe was the manager. This is always a favorite for big groups especially for kids. We have had a birthday party here, school field trips, and family... get together. The staff is always helpful and nice. It's clean and always have hot food. Sometimes the salad bar is not put outbut that is only if there is a shortage on those select items and I have only seen that happen twice. They will fix a pizza thatis dairy free if your allergic. It has all the fixings just no cheese. They have great drink choices and the TV is on kid shows.The dessert is absolutely amazing and the bread sticks. The only reason I gave it a 3 for atmosphere is because they usuallyhave music playing that is not always family friendly. It is also always playing extremely loud and when the area is full it hasa lot of noise. It also is very cold in the place. I have found this out when it is dinner time and not many people are in thedinning area. I worked in marketing and some companies will put it colder in their dinning area if they want people to eat andleave quickly. This makes them not stay and eat as much as they would if it was warmer. This may not be the case but it seems tobe odd that it is that cold. I am hot natured and my nose was cold and our family couldn't hardly enjoy ourselves because of thecoldness. We got here right when they opened on a weekday. Pasta was cold and only had pepperoni and sausage pizza. Didn't have more... flavors until almost 12. Came in on Saturday night. Still not much more variety on pizza, the place is filthy, and there wasgrease on the floor that I almost slipped on and the employee just ignored me when I mentioned it to him. People could be nicer and have food ready for customers and I have a ten year old lady said we had to do a kids meal but when I... come before this time I didn't I did a adult meal and she had a attitude with me and cut her eyes at me and was busting otheremployees for doing her job . Me & my wife have been going here for awhile & now they have went to complete JUNK!!!1st of all no Ranch for salads,no pizza's... ready,no breadsticks then we get told there is "NO DEEPDISH CRUST" & this was before 2p.m. so how could they be outalready!!!Then the pizza's that were cold & was only 2 pizza's that are what most people would want cuz they wasn't making any &the employee's seem lazy & slack!!also noooo sweet tea & we were just shocked by how bad it's became & we will not be back tothis joke of a restaurant!!!NEEDS MANAGEMENT & NEW EMPLOYEE'S THAT CARE ABOUT THE COMPANY & CUSTOMER'S!!We used to love cominghere!!Posting pics of the only 2 pizza's available!!!
