Drive thru backed up around the building into the mall parking lot. People standing outside to place an order inside. Only 1... person taking orders inside despite having 3 other registers available to use. Tired of standing in line and left withoutordering. Appeared to have plenty of people working. I had to wait 20 minutes to get a very bad chicken sandwich during breakfast hours. The hashbrowns and my soda were fine. The... sandwich was weird. I immediately stopped eating it after the first bite, as I was afraid of being sick. First time I've everhad a bad Chick-fil-A meal! Read more

Really disappointed that they didn't let us know they ran out of ketchup before we placed our order. The food was ok, not great,... not bad. I ordered a strawberry shake and got a vanilla shake. We were hungry and just wanted to eat and get out. Have hadbetter Chick-fil-A experiences. Read more
