Waiting on my food for 38 minutes and still counting. A family of three who ordered after me was served before me. Absolutely no... sense of urgency from any of the staff, and the staff aren't particularly friendly. When you close this location for renovation,hire a new staff. Update: after catching the guy in the order window, I asked about my food. He made a new sandwich for me, gotme a small fry, then told me, "they made it but just didn't give it to you. I don't know why." I'm not changing the rating, butI do appreciate the prompt response once I voiced my concern. Read more
Didn't get to even try it bc the workers were outside on dining tables sitting on top of them smoking. We thought it was closed... bc there was nobody in drive thru, which is Very unusual, and we found out why, when we got to speaker to order, the guy said,were closed for an hour bc we're having a shift change. Decided to give this place a try, was very disappointed. My burger was cold. I voiced my complaint to a worker who I believe was... the manager, his response was y'all have to realize the toppings make the sandwich cold. I told him the cheese didn't even melton the sandwich. A white male jumped in who was not in uniform but I believe he may be a higher up, he said the burgers are madefresh and therefore couldn't be cold. nothing was as i asked. Chicken sandwich was just suppose to be mayo. nope they added lettuce and cheese. Hot dog with just... chili and ketchup, end up with chili, onions, and cheese sauce. The “new” fry seasoned tenders are so hard and burnt. wasted$20 on food my family won’t eat. so sad. Read more
OMG such a horrible experience. I ordered 2 deep sea doubles and a double cheese burger with just mayo and tomato on the deeps... and cheese and ketchup on dbl bc for my nephew. I get home all of them are made all the way. Then as you can see the deep seadoubles fried so long they hard and not edible. I called back 3 times to let them know and it just rang and rang and rang. I just ordered from here through DoorDash and they tried me for real! I ordered $28 worth of food and only got a cheeseburger... and freaking funnel cake fries. Not to mention when I tried ordering yesterday, they lied and said their system was down THEWHOLE NIGHT! I worked at checkers before and they are highly known for turning off the system to receive orders which is why Iquit. They are so unprofessional! Don’t call order from them through DoorDash because they literally are lazy anddisrespectful and will not give you what you ordered. Ridiculous! Read more
Terrible service. Only 4 cars in front of me but it took 20 minutes to get up to the box. There’s never any milkshakes! They... didn’t have the spicy chicken. Employee was rude. And my fries were obviously old, soggy and very dark with burnt crispsattached to them. I don’t normally leave reviews so yea they might as well shut this place down. Read more
