Probably the worst BDubs we?ve been to. Restaurant wasn?t busy considering the time on a Saturday evening. Took a good 10... minutes before we gave our drink order so we went ahead and ordered our food as well. Didn?t time it exactly but I?d estimate30-40 minutes for 4 orders of wings. Food finally came and you could tell it had been sitting for a while because it was notfresh whatsoever. Wings were barely sauced and my wife didn?t even get her fries. Took an extra 10 minutes to finally get thefries. For a $70 bill this was a huge disappointment. Will not return. Read more

Perfect Street Tacos! Three is just right?or maybe one or two more. Filled to the top with ingredients you can actually... recognize! Just the right amount of spices and heat, nothing over powering. Beware though, if you haven?t tried them yet! Thereis a long skewer through the middle keeping them up right! Lol Another great addition, nothing is worse than getting your mealand the tacos have shifted and you got a taco salad now. Delivery is fast and accurate. Yep, even with the hand wipes. Brittany our second server was wonderful, but our first server Jade and Manager JP were horrible! I will definitely not come... back to this spot. This place is in my hometown and I was visiting from Marietta, Ga on vacation to watch the Steelers vs Jetsgame. It goes without saying to not support your hometown bar and grill spot. If I could give 0 stars I would. I tried to give the place chances after moving here because I love buffalo wild wings First... the server Michael took 26 minutes to get to our table for drinks. After waiting 15 minutes in a non busy dining room he returnswith half our drinks. Then returns 5 minutes later with the other drinks. Another 10 minutes passes then he comes back to placethe order. 45 minutes later he returns with the food of my employees fine but while I ordered fried pickles, wings and fries.My pickles came out after the wings. My fries I had to continually ask about. By the time my fries did come I was done with mypickles and dried cold wings. I spent $200 for food however I will not return here. We absolutely love Buffalo Wild Wings and have been to many of the restaurants around the country without any issues at all, but... the one in Florence, SC is horrible!!! When ordering online be aware you will wait 15 minutes or more beyond your pickup time,and may not get any sauce on your wings (see photo). Also, no one in the restaurant will be courteous enough to let you knowthere?s no sauce so you will spend 20 minutes to drive home to discover bare wings. So then you spend 20 minutes driving back,to then be told ?oh yeah, we are out of the flavor you ordered so we didn?t put anything on them.? They treated my wife like itwas her fault they were out of the sauce. It?s also a shame the tip is added before verifying the quality of the food and theaddition of the chosen sauce. After waiting an hour and a half for a 3 piece chicken finger plate and seeing everyone else around me receive and finish their... meal, I decided to walk out. There?s a reason why the parking lot at Southern Hops is consistently full and why the parking lotat BWW is consistently empty. Don?t waste your time, don?t waste your money, don?t even read the copy and pasted ?we?re sorry?reply that they?ll post below this review. Just go somewhere else and avoid all the frustration. We were driving from Orlando to Raleigh on my sons birthday, stopped here to stretch and get some food for the kids... I must... say I really don't like to complain about my food because I've worked in the food industry for years... but this was genuinelyreally bad. The host had to take my drink order, bring my drinks, and take my food order because my server was outside? Myserver finally introduced herself when she brought out my food. Then when I got my food the fries were cold and hard, the wingswere dry and nasty. It was so bad. I had to ask for them to send it back and give me a burger... I also told them it was my sonsbday thinking they would want to sell me a slice of cake or something and nothing..... I spent an hour just sitting at my table.My kids fell asleep in a booth waiting so long... I didn't even eat the food I had to take the burger to go. Then they chargedme for Togo boxes.
