Been coming here since 2017, and it's been consistently phenomenal. The lamb riblets are fantastic, as is the artisan bread. Had... other dishes previously, tried the maple leaf duck breast & chimichurri steak this time, both unbelievably good. Amazing food and service! We ordered the seafood platter, crab-encrusted halibut, crab cakes, and clam chowder. All the dishes... were delicious, and one thing I was pleasantly surprised by was that the chowder wasn?t starchy like it is at other restaurants.This is definitely the best seafood place I?ve ever been to. I was exceedingly impressed with this restaurant! Everything was amazing. The crab cakes were honestly the very best, and the... crab-encrusted halibut was exceptional. The cocktail was incredible, too. This is probably the best meal I?ve ever had in mylife! The service and views were really great, too. I highly recommend making reservations and arriving at the restaurant early,if possible. If you?re ever in Florence, this is a must for dining! Read more
We ran into this cute little restaurant. And we are so glad we did! I think it was the best seafood that I have ever had and... crazy adorable for what we got. It was so fresh and deliciously yummy. We love this restaurant. In fact, it is our favorite Anywhere on the coast! We had a great server last night, so nice and funny!... I didn't catch his name but he was great! My hubby had the NY steak with blue cheese sauce and I had the salmon piccatta. Thiswill always be our favorite. You need to make reservations in advance most of the time but sometimes if you show up between3-4pm, you can get a walk in table, possibly with a small wait. Read more
Fabulous! This unassuming waterfront restaurant far exceed our expectations! We were promptly greeted by a friendly hostess and... sat at a very cute and busy bar with a view of the river. Despite being slammed, the bartender was attentive and an all-aroundnice guy. We started with some summer cocktails and a perfectly executed order of lobster arancini rice balls in a dill creamsauce. Perfection! This was followed by local wine, a scallop pasta dish and crab encrusted halibut in a sweet chili sauce.Delicious! Portions were perfect. I wish we had room for dessert. What a great meal! We walked in on a Wednesday night and we?re lucky to get a table after an hour wait. They take reservations... so don?t be like me. The location was amazing with a view of the Siuslaw River Bridge. Don?t eat to late if you want the viewand you want the view. You can even reserve a window seat. The apps where so good. The Calamari was cooked to perfection and thefried oysters were perfect. For dinner I had the crab encrusted halibut, my son had the seafood pasta and my mom had theWaterfront seafood platter. We each think we had the best plate which has never happened before. I still think my plate was thebest. The local wine they paired was perfect. We had no room for dessert so we order two of them to go. This is the onlyrestaurant you need to eat at if your visiting Florence for one night. Read more
Another one of our favorite restaurants in Florence, Oregon. The atmosphere was vibrant and full of life. The menu choices were... top notch and we were lucky in that our scallops were cooked perfectly with the right balance of texture and flavor. Service isalways on point and prompt at this location and we are always greeted warmly, I personally enjoy the feel and overallappearance inside the restaurant as it makes for a great personal and intimate dining experience.
