Went inside to get a shake. And use the bathroom. The gal was very helpful in splitting the shake for me into two cups. The... bathrooms were clean. Strangely I thought the customers inside were a little intense. Could just be me. And has nothing to dowith the location or the staff. Just an observation. Read more
Almost every time I go there they're out of something on the menu. I've never seen any fastfood restaurant be out of something... so many times. All-in-all it's better than McDonald's because of their flame broiler. Service was great staff are friendly. Read more
We went through the drive through and only one car ahead of us. We just said "hello, can we order? The cars are backing up" ... Destiny the worker came back, very rudely stating, I'm very well aware, you are going to have to wait. When we tried to orderwe told her the sandwich we wanted then add onion....very rudely she stated. I needed to know you needed onions added first. We were not given our receipt, we asked for the manager and she stated I am the manager, I'm here all the time, I practicallylive here! This evening, after waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes, I had the pleasure of having my 3 burger order taken by some girl... who spent 7 minutes taking my order, then I waited at the window for another 10 minutes and was shorted a burger. I counted atleast 4 crew on staff. So 7492926 gray hairs later this burger had better be the best burger I?ve had or I?m legit coming backhere and chucking pickles at these people. Read more
Food is good. Service not so good but it's a new store trying to get good employees if looking for work. I definitely do not... like that they do not all wear gloves or clean hands between cashiering and preparing food by hand. : ( Read more
