Maybe I'm overreacting... but, if I go to a donut shop to buy donuts because thats what their main sales pitch is, the last... thing I expect is to be told is "we're out of donuts". I'm not one to complain, but this particular location is horrible atkeeping inventory on the main thing they're supposed to be selling. You literally have to get lucky to be able to buy a yourfavorite donut here! I swear the employees must be in there eating them. I made one last visit to this location to be told thesame annoying thing I'm told 95% of the time I go here. I will never go back. Trust me, save yourself the time and frustration.Don't go to this location. Drive a couple miles up RT 130 and you will pass plenty of locations that are good and actually havedonuts in stock. They should put a Krispy Kreme here instead, they NEVER disappoint. Read more
Horribly slow service decided to go back, quicker service but got the wrong order twice, first was an ice instead of hot, than... they tried to give me a small when I paid for medium. Finally got it but didn't put the almond milk or sugar in there. I won'tbe coming back as you essentially stole my money... Read more

The staff is horrible. I placed a mobile order, which was not ready when I arrived. (10 min lead time) When I walked in, I... noticed they were short staffed so I understood why my order was not fulfilled. However, no one acknowledged me when Iapproached the counter. The two people on duty could clearly see me. After waiting about five minutes, one kid made my drink,reluctantly. I asked for a sip lid and the kid gets it and slid it on the counter! Then grumbled: have a nice day. Are youserious? If I had not been pressed for time I would have pursued this issue further. I will not return to this location. Read more
