The lady in the drive-thru window was totally RUDE . Then on top of that, i ordered a coke, IDK what was in the "coke" she gave... me, NASTY!! The krystal buns was so old and hard..... Nope I will never return to that one! Read more
The staff were nice & friendly, but the food I ordered was lacking. I ordered ???? grits; the grits could've been cooked a... little longer. I didn't even get my cheese grits only received regular one's, but she gave me a cup of cheese???? Read more
Its a nice ferry ride.. long long walk from boat to beach. There were 100s of blue crabs and lots of dolphins. I asked them why... they dont have a golf cart or something for handicap people and was told they are not allowed. So if your handicap and have ahard time walking this is not a place for you. The water is better than at gulfport shore visiblity about 4 feet. It wasnt superpretty. Bring sunscreen and bug spray. People that sat on the beach were getting bit bad. They didn?t bite me but i had usedsome skin cream that had peppermint and eucalyptus oil. Read more
They was very busy for a Thursday night. And they were short handed. It took forever to get to the menu to place my order, then... another forever to get to the window to get my order. When I reached for my steamer box, she let go prematurely and I didn'thave a good grip in, so the box broke and they dumped on the ground. So...I drove back around to get in line, to give them timeto remake my order. Well, there were 2 cars in front of me with large orders. The cashier brought out my order and told me toback all the way out, since she didn't want me to have to wait on the cars with big orders. As I was backing out, a car waspulling up to order. At this point, there was no way out. So... with that being said, I had to wait in line anyway for about 30minutes. Not complaining at all, like I said in the beginning, they were very short staffed. Just left here and didn't get my drink and the chics were so hard couldn't eat them
So rude! Pulled up at 9:40 and wanted to eat but was told they don?t have anything and they sold their last Krystal 10 minutes... before I came in. How did you sell your last Krystal 30 minutes before closing? The pandemic has made people so lazy! I wishpeople would stop acting like it?s their business to do as they please! Fast food already has a bad reputation. Why not do agood job at the job that YOU applied for? It makes no sense. If it was your business I?m sure you wouldn?t accept the sameservice that you give! Pitiful, They suppose to open at 6am Which it was 6am when I arrived I stood there 5 min then they say they had 20min before... before any food was ready. Are you not supposed to be to work in time to have everything prepared for when you open? People haveto go to work and want to grab fast food but, these restaurants now days are anything but, fast.
