Went to Wendy's tonight. The kid who is dishing out the chili was licking his fingers profusely! I told the manager all she said... was "sorry!" When we got home, we transferred all the chili to our containers.. Very poor service!! Then they forgot all thestuff that goes with the Tocco salad! Read more
No wonder union is the laughing stock of sinkula investments. Went up there and ordered food for the first time in months since... we have ALWAYS had something wrong with our food. They forgot a couple items, then when I returned to retrieve them, they gaveme cold cheese sauce that was thrown in a bag and spilled everywhere. Couldn't even bother to heat it up. Fix your stuff becauseHonestly it's worth the drive to go to Burlington, florence or Edgewood before union. Terrible and disappointing. All if ourfood was cold. Cheese fries had maybe 1 tbsp of cheese sauce on it since they didn't want to heat up anymore for the night,telling me their heat pan is broken. But it goes in the microwave before you put it in a hot pan so what's the deal??? Read more

Nice clean Wendy's location. Same great food as all Wendy's. I'm a big fan of the chili because it's high protein and low carb... along with the great taste! All employees appeared to be working their fastest. But it seemed like they were short staffed. Read more
Everything we ordered for breakfast was hot and fresh. The service was polite and quick. I'd recommend this location.
