Tonight we went through the drive-through really late, our family was really tired and hungry. The young man who was handling... our order on the intercom was using multiple voices and joking around during our order which made it very difficult to hear himor understand how to efficiently complete our order. I told him that it was hard to understand him and he laughed and continuedto joke. When we arrived at the window he continued to laugh. I?ve been here many times in my many trips to my favorite fast food place, Wendy?s! I?ve met these two very nice employees,... Chris and Ameerah. Came in July 29 around 2:30 and stood in line for over 20 minutes to order,I ordered the $5 biggie bag with double stack and... also purchased a Jr. cheeseburger deluxe, took about 10 minutes to get my order and literally watched the young girl go to putmy 2 sandwiches on the tray with my other stuff and she dropped one of the sandwiches so she put the one she didn't drop on thetray and then take the other one to the young black man with dreads who was making the sandwiches and said she dropped it and nolie I literally watched him instead of making a new one he just took the sandwich out of the wrapper and rewrap it in a newwrapper and told her to give it to me,I was completely shocked and sickened that they would still try to serve a sandwich tosomeone when it hit the floor,the young girl turned to go put it on my tray and noticed that I seen everything plus him justrewrapping it instead of replacing it,she was so nervous putting it on my tray,I asked for my cup and she couldn't even look atme while giving it to me because of what I saw them do....I turned around and just threw that sandwich in the trash because Idon't eat food that fell on the floor and I wouldn't want anyone else to,trust me when I say I'll never eat not only at thisWendy's ever again but I won't eat at any Wendy's after what I saw,be careful and watch people making your food Read more
Decided to go here for a quick dinner after a long day of work and got food for me and the kids and the food looked like it was... just thrown in the bag. The food was old, fries were under cooked and my medium fry was missing half the fries. So far the worstfood quality I have experienced at a wendys. I have 4 years experience at wendys and this is unacceptable and am blown away theywould allow this kind of food quality. What happened to crispy fries all the time? My most recent visit they conpletly forgot to put any sauces my bags. I had waited 14 minutes in the drive thru and by the time... I noticed they were missing I couldn't drive back for fear I'd be late to work. I totally cannot eat dry French fries andnuggets so I can only assume the animals in the field I threw the food into enjoyed it very much. Read more
