Food was typical for Waffle House but the menu seemed pretty limited at this one. Service sucked! My server had to be told she... had my table but didn?t seem to want to leave her conversation, finally made it and I ordered and she went back to talking. Iasked another server to ask my waitress if I could have coffee and she just bellowed across the room. Same bellowing server wasstanding behind me on the phone yelling across to the other side of the restaurant where the big chat was going on several timesto find out someone?s name they were gossiping about. Outstanding staff, food, and consistency. Love me some Waffle House.
I've been here a few times already and it actually isn't that bad my review is not about the food quality more about the lazy... staff how are you going to be a 24-hour restaurant have people sitting inside eating and then tell someone when they pull upsorry to go orders only. I understand it's 4:00 in the morning I just got off work I'm hungry but you're only going to serve togo orders. Literally makes zero sense there was one guy in there drinking coffee. We just ate here two days ago maybe three sametime same cook same waitress and we were allowed to dine in without an issue but today no there's an issue we're only doingtakeout orders that is ridiculous you wonder why businesses lose money people stop going to franchise places because of lazyindividuals that don't want to do their job. Great service, great food. Although it was busy, I put in a specific order on my toast and eggs, and was still served before... I read a page of my kindle book. Coffee hasn't even cooled enough to drink. Staff was very friendly and had that genuinefriendliness with each other that seems to be a special part of waffle houses. Read more
At this particular Waffle House I must say, I experienced the Best Food and Service EVER!!!, at a Waffle House, the grits had... zero lumps, they were the right thickness, the waitress did an amazing job, Waffle House should do a training video of the cookand waitress on duty July 15,2022 between 10pm-12am. Food was great no complaints, the waffle always awesome!!! but am sure they can do a better job cleaning the tables, I took a... picture of the whole meal to "post it" but decided to edit cause the table was nasty, oh and one more thing, the attentivenessnot great, I had to ask for a refill on my tea after I finish my food.
