Worst Subway in Boone County. The one on Mt. Zion Road is good. This one is awful.
Typical Subway. I liked by turkey wrap but not the best I have had. For lunch I had the wrap, baked lays and a drink. Over $12.
Man not very friendly or helpful. Rushed me to the point where I didn't get what I wanted because they were near closing time.... Bad customer service. Read more
First and last time last time I'll visit this location. Went in to turfway location and had 2 separate transactions. Food was... good, but because my daughter and I used coupons and they had a new system, there was an issue with the coupons being applied toboth of our orders. The lady was super rude and complained about the coupons and the overall cost of food in comparison to whatwas listed on their menu. Saying it was costing her money. Her accent was very hard to understand,but raising her voice whensomeone doesn't understand is not good customer service. The man also said something to my daughter about 1 piece of ice beingon the floor that flipped out of her cup. She didn't throw the ice on the floor. She's not an employee. It would be different ifshe purposely threw the ice on the floor. Ice spills happen especially with an automatic ice dispenser. Overall not a greatexperience. Read more
Food was ok. Charged me $60 for 4 of us. Wouldnt let us have chips charged us add to meal 4 cookies suppose to get 6 with 3 meal... deals i got a 6" i 'll never go there on turfway again. Read more
This store shouldn't even get a star from me cause that place makes me uncomfortable every time I go in that store they are so... so rude!!! I give them 0 stars I WILL NOT RETURN to this location as long as I'm alive. Read more
I had ordered a sandwich 2 weeks ago through Uber eats with double meat. The sandwich hardly had a regular meat quantity. Uber... eats reimbursed the extra meat charge. I even supplied them a photo of it as proof. I just called the store 15 mins ago to tellthem that I?m about to order from a sandwich on Uber eats and to be please be careful to make it right. Their response was ?I?venever heard a complaint before.? Huh? As if the lack of previous complaints somehow discounts my feedback. Ridiculous. Orderfrom the other Subway on 1055 Hansel Ave!!! Chicken, bacon ranch sub had a lot of hard & inedible pieces in the chicken, honestly. Like biting into bone sometimes. First... sub had no problem, second sub that was for the next day was full of it. Ordered online for pickup and upon pick up the womangave me my food (2 meals) and cups but didn?t even mention the chips she put within the bag already. When I went to grab mychips not knowing they had already been placed, she yelled like she was being assaulted violently. Woman just had to say ?ma?am?or literally anything else to get my attention. I was the only customer inside the store. But she screamed & I had to ask hernot to yell like that & it wasn?t necessary just over chips & within an empty restaurant, at that.
