There are some friendly baristas there, which is why I'm not leaving less stars, but the drinks are very hit or miss. The Pike... Place today was almost just hot water. Consistency is important when you charge a premium price for your drinks. Read more
Staff was friendly even brought me my drinks when I say down so I didn't have to pick my son up and walk back up. Doesn't take... Starbucks gift cards tho but still very nice and clean. Read more
Always consistently fantastic service and products. It doesn't matter if your Grande, 3 shot, espresso frappachino is made here... or Amsterdam, it will always taste exactly as it should. Read more

Stood in line while two baristas ignored us. One was tending to another customer, the other had her back to us. Each one turned... around toward us and rolled their eyes, making us feel like they wanted us to go away. Even when the barista was finished withthe other customers order she turned away from us, again, making us feel like she wanted us to go away. This went on for about10 mins. We finally, turned and left. While I understand, it was close to closing time, if you have customers in line, youshould greet them and make them feel welcome. Long line and the baristas handled it very well, clean facility and not too much seating. Asked for soy milk because I?m... allergic and I don?t think the steam wand was cleaned throughly because I had a reaction. Make sure to clean the equipmentthoroughly if the customer says they have an allergy. Read more
