They did not give me any any sause to go with my cheese sticks. It's all I ordered. I tried it again & it was worse then... before. The girl that took my order got it wrong. The girl delivering it got it wrong. I ordered a large milk shake. Shecame to me with a littlebity shake, it was awful. I even told them the price when I ordered which should have told you it was alarge one. I also ordered cheese sticks again. She said they come with sauce. The African American girls that waited on metook forever plus they were so rude. There was a Caucasian male in there that didn't offer to make it right. I finally saidjust give me my money back after a long wait at the window. They only gave me $3.99 which was price for small shake. I evengave my receipt to them. I had to drive around again to get a full refund. I have been to Florence on 42 Sonic & Mt Zion exitSonic. My experience at both was terrible. It's a shame cause the menu has a good variety. Would give ZERO stars if I could.. Literally the WORST fast food place EVER... Slushie machine was "too watery" so we couldn't... get slushies, they were also out of the fried pickles I ordered but failed to tell me until I asked where they were, the frieslooked disgusting and old, the tater tots were so dried out and the chicken tenders were hard and looked like they've beensitting there all day. $50 in the trash... Overall, this could be a decent Sonic? yet it isn?t! Been here quite a few times and the last few visits sucked because the... teenagers can?t do their jobs! They want to socialize rather than serve customers! We ordered on app, went to pick up, andchecked in and the two teenagers working NEVER came out with our food, but they did come out to play on theirs phones severaltimes, looked directly at us and did nothing. Not happy about that! Also, you have quite a few workers every time we visit andyet, they can?t take more than one order at a time which is absolutely ridiculous! I wouldn?t recommend this location unless youlove horrible customer service and mediocre food. Read more

Service was fine. They were out of broccoli tots, footlong bun was 2 regular buns. 1 very small slice of tomato, 2 pickles. The... bottom bun could not be eaten it was so hard.
