Only eat breakfast here (inside), and even though food is good, staff is uniformly unfriendly. The woman who was passing... completed orders over counter this early morn (10/14), just called my number, shoved it at me w/out so much as glancing at me oracknowledging my thank you...much less saying it herself. When I was younger, before all this technology that makes fast foodworkers jobs SO MUCH EASIER than I ever had it? I worked drive thru at Wendy's for FOUR YEARS and the standards just forhumanity were set so much higher, much less for fast food workers in particular. The wait was close to 45 minutes and when I finally got my big Mac no lettuce, all I could do was throw it away. 1 mini patty... on top bun, bottom bun 1 1/2 pieces of cheese on another mini patty with the bun a little wet no sauce. I live 25 minutes awayfrom town, so by the time I got home and discovered this mess, there was no way I was driving back there. So I just won't go theever again. Bought quite a few items but I want to point out the fact that I bought a large fry but it looks like the medium I bought. The... fries are cold and stale and it?s 7:11pm. For starters, the lady working the first window was rude and didn't even greet me. She just stuck her hand out for my card and... said the total (without going over what I ordered to make sure it was mine) then when giving my card back just stuck it out thewindow. I had to request for my receipt (not as big of a deal). At the second window, the girl greeted me with a smile and saidhello (she did her best and it wasn't her fault that my food was messed up). When she handed me my drink I explained that thewomen from the first window rang my food up incorrectly, she asked me politely to wait a moment and no more than few seconds aguy was handing my bag out and I said she was correcting my order (I saw/ heard her). He said that it is correct so I checked itand the burger was cold and cheese was cold that I could pick it off the burger in one piece. I politely asked if it was justmicrowaved. He ignored me and walked away and the girl came back and apologized. I said well this is also not correct but Iguess we will take it, and explained that they need to double check the orders. I told her thanks and drove off (mean whilesomeone on foot walked over behind my car to get theirs corrected because their food was cold and messed up too- I heard heryelling over to someone in her car parked off to side because the lobby was closed). Then I get home and we eat. Literally, noteven 40 minutes later my son and I end up with food posioning and he's throwing up everything he ate from there. I called to letthem know that they need to check their meat and all 4 times I have tried to call, they picked up and hung up right away withoutsaying anything. I won't be back. That's dangerous to serve "bad" food and I will be contacting the health department. Read more
