Waited in line for about 15mins. Once we got to the counter the Associate told me they were no longer taking orders for the next... 15 to 20 mins. It was 7:20pm. So not even dinner rush. Our go to for a quick decent burger in town. We order through the app, check in with pick up, and out the door in less than 10... min. Every time. It's correct 9 out of 10 times and always good quality. It's the quality and convenience that keeps usregularly coming back. The room can get a bit stuffy when it's busy. And the workers are hard to get a hold of if there's anissue with your order but like I said before, they really do get very busy for a small staff. Read more

Been to this location several times. Dining area stays fairly clean which is nice. They also have 2 Coke Freestyle Machines... which is nice. They were well staffed and the food was good. The only change I really noticed was the portion size of thefries. A medium sized fry used to be a massive portion. It's still a good portion but smaller than before. Really like Five Guysbut it rarely comes to mind when people want to grab a meal. A few others locations have closed in the last few years and I amwondering how much longer this location will last. It was a busy long late day so we stopped to grab a late dinner. So disappointing. Raw hamburger meat is something that should... be by request, not the norm. Bc, this is unacceptable. Maybe you can serve an adult that by their choice but not a child. Thefries were way undercooked!! My review from a while back. Great customer service! Always fresh food! It's so rare anymore toget exceptional customer service these days. The employees at five guys never cease to amaze me with their customer serviceskills. From what I can tell all the employees seem happy to be there and also seem like they all get along well. The employeesat this particular location take the cake! I can't express how impressed I am. Quite expensive at almost $10 for a burger alone. This location is always fairly clean and consistent. Never had a bad burger,... but doesn't feel worth the price and time to wait anymore. Read more
