Typically I prefer to compliment than complain, and I have bragged and recommended this location many times because it is new,... clean, and there is one very smiley and friendly lady in the Drive-Thru. Usually the order is correct but occasionally I willhave to ask to have it corrected. I understand mistakes happen and since it is usually corrected quickly and with a smile, Ihave no complaints there. HOWEVER, it seems like their system is made by the same people who make McDonald's milkshake machinesbecause the last three times I have been there myself or sent someone, we were turned away because they had to "reboot theirsystem manually." I asked about how long that would take to avoid having to drive back over, to which they responded 30minutes. Waited, waited an hour and a half and went back only to be told their system had just went down and had to be rebootedmanually. I have very little experience in the food service industry. But if I was running a restaurant and my systems went downso frequently, so long as my grills and fryers were still working. I would take steps to minimize my losses by investing in apack of pens, a notebook, and a calculator so that I could continue doing business and remain true to my companiesslogan,"You're Way." P.s. Service was friendly. Burgers were alright. Chicken fries were like old cardboard that got wet and then dried. Way overdone and... too long under the heat lamp. My cat didn't even want it, and he never turns down chicken of any variety. Read more
