The people who work there are upbeat and nice. They make great sandwiches and provide a good service and are very helpful.
4th time at this location and it's been spotless every time. Service excellent too.. he was a bit talkative this time but very... interesting and made our sandwiches just the way we said to which doesn't always happen at the different subways.. you'd besurprised how much sauce is one line at different subways.. the toaster was broken but he did everything to compensate for it..we will be back again for sure Read more
The customer service here is the worst I?ve experienced at any subway. I was rushed thru making my sub, asked for small amounts... of things and the lady making my sub put over what the normal amount would even be. When I mentioned something about it she gotvisibly upset with ME. I opened my sub right when I got into my car and the contents were all over not in the sub, and the saucewas everywhere on the wrapping. I will be driving an extra 25 minutes to go to another one from now on. Oh and the manager wasstanding there the whole time, so your management also needs to do better or it won?t be just my service you?re losing! Read more

I visit this subway at least 1x a week, as I usually go during my lunch break. I just wanted to say that the manager Joe went... above and beyond when there was a little mix up on my order. He took it upon himself to correct it, and all I can say is that iscustomer service at its highest level! I definitely will be going back. To the owner good job on hiring ???? quality leaders!! They were out of bread, provolone cheese, mozzarella cheese, brown lettuce, lots of flies. The employees were fighting amongst... themselves. The 2 boys were nice but saying it was because of Country Thunder, but they know it's Country Thunder and shouldhave been prepared. The girl was rude and late to work.
