Didn't get served. Got half way through ordering and then the lady stopped answering. Waited 10 or 15 minutes, couldn't get any... response. Saw others leaving without food, so we gave up and went somewhere else. We're going to try again this week or next andwill update. Weird experience! Read more

I travel a lot and have passed through here several times. Each time I've stopped at this Sonic I have been super impressed!... I've had some bad experiences at other Sonics across AZ, but at this one the order has always been done right, done quickly, andthe service is just fantastic! All of the people at the order window and the carhops have been great every single time. So I'mreally impressed. This might not be a five-star restaurant, but it evidently has five-star people working here. Thanks y'all! Read more

The food was tasty for fast food and the service was fine. Negative points would have to be the intermittent workings of the... intercom system to order. It meant I had to place my entire order as two separate orders which they then had to group togetherin order to pay for once. Strange system to figure out. We go to Sonic every sunday for dinner and dessert for the 8 of us (it is a weekend treat). Last week I ordered on the app,... when I arrived to check in the app wasn't working. I was told there was nothing they could do and I had to re-order in personand that the discounts on the app could not be applied since I didn't order on the app. This Sunday, ordered on the App againbut when I got my food, my order was wrong and the young kid told me "that's unfortunate". What's unfortunate is that I'll nolonger be giving you my Sunday dinner/dessert business. Read more

If I could leave a minor star that would be more accurate their customer service is is disgusting my order was two large root... beers and a fry seems pretty simple but apparently not for these people first of all they're out of carbonation so you can't getany carbonated drinks at all so I asked for a large cup of ice and a fry apparently that was too much for the first one wetalked to to comprehend cuz it just went dead then another lady with a snarky attitude gets on tell her the same thingapparently that was too much for her to wrap around her head also because she has to walk out to the truck to figure that out$9.11 for a cup of ice a large fry and a small very small milkshake it's a good thing they are in a one-horse town with not verymany options or they would already be out of business I can tell you one thing for sure I will not go back to this place we goto Florence all the time it will be the last time I stopped at Sonic Read more

They double charged me for my food after they made a mistake with my food. Then the manager had the nerve to tell me they didn't... mess anything after forgetting an entire meal. Worst service I've ever had in my entire life . Read more
