This is the best McDonald's in Pinal County. A lot of people will drive past a closer McDonald's, just to go to this one. This... location has the friendliest employees and most competent management. The dining room and restrooms are very clean. And I neverhad an issue with food quality, nor customer service, from this location in the 13 years I've lived in the area, unlike thechronic issues I've had at McDonald's along Hunt Hwy, the one on Gantzel, in Coolidge, and both locations in Casa Grande. Possibly, they go more out of their way at this location due to its proximity from the prison and Superior Court in the Town ofFlorence, as well as the senior community in Florence Gardens. Read more
Waited in line outside for ten minutes for food. I got lucky, the other person who was there when we pulled up was still there... when we left. Fries were only partway full and chicken was overcooked. Read more

I don?t mind waiting for food for it to be properly done but from cashier to the manager on shift the utter lack of customer... service is repulsive.. kind of impressive this place is still in business. Not my first time at this location but I think itwill be my last time. Read more
I?m tired of these sauce Nazi?s stealing my sauce and charging me to add more to it. This is a good example of overpaid kids... allowed to do a terrible job. I was told that this person who made my sandwich ?was busy??.? The quality of your service doesnot diminish because you?re ?busy.? I refrained from posting this sad excuse for a sandwich until I went back to this samelocation tonight, ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget, and received ONE single packet of honey. Shame on you guys.
