Every time I go here it takes about 20-30 mins for me to get my food. I avoid going here now because I know the wait is going... to be long. Sonic is usually more busy but you only end up waiting if you order chicken and it?s 5 mins tops. I also have onlygotten a receipt once from here and to my understanding no receipt the meals free. I arrived at this Burger King drive through at 8:20pm tonight. I put my order in after waiting 5 minutes, with only 1 person in... front of me. I was told to wait up front in the parking lot and they would bring my order. I did not receive and leave with myfood until 845pm. 25 minutes for a fast food burger and fries? The burgers here are great, but this is the 3rd time I have drove through the drive thru and asked for extra pickles. This is... what I received, I wonder how many pickle I would have got if I didn't ask for extra pickles. I guess next time I will have tocheck my burgers at the window everytime I get my food. This Burger King branch offers, for a quiet location, consistently freshly cooked products that have been assembled with pride.... Having had less than enjoyable experiences earlier at other locations -- with soggy fries etc. -- I decided to give BK anothertry when passing through Florence. And, I am glad that I did. While, it seems, fries can be a bit of a hit and miss (always ahit at this branch, it seems, though), there is nothing that quite beats the smoky flavor of a Whopper. Now, this is what a realburger, or at least as real as you can ask for from a fast-food chain, should taste like. I have to commend the smooth, fast andpleasant service at this site, too.
