This was the first time I've ate from here in several years and it was great! I had picked up the family pack with pulled pork... and the meat was moist and good. Personally I like more of a smoke taste from a grill when I have Barbecue but, that's justme. It was the first time I tried the Rick's sauce and it was pretty good especially mixed with the regular sauce ????. Ithink the sides should be bigger. If the side items were a bigger portion then I could do without the chips and drinks since Iwas eating at home anyway. The sauce portions should also be bigger considering you have a pound of meat that your using tomake 6-8 sandwiches. Which is also why I think the side item portions should be bigger. They're not big enough to feed 3adults or at least that's my opinion. All in all though the food taste really good ???? ???? Just a heads-up if you're goingto place your order for pickup you need to give them at least 30 minutes or longer to get it ready or that was my experiencewhen I ordered it online. Read more
I was really displeased with Rick's BBQ. The chicken tasted like I was eating a pickle there was no sauce for ribs, they gave me... ribs instead of rib tips. I asked for potato salad on both orders the gave 2 Mac and cheese and 1 potato salad. The ribs were todry from being in oven way to long. I have a big smoker pit. I would be ashamed to serve that kind of food to anyone includingmyself. This was my first time back in about 10 years. I'd thought they may have improved NOPE. I will just continue going tooutback steakhouse for our ribs or make them ourselves. But my dog liked your ribs. Read more
It was a good attempt but, I'm a picky eater. And, the BBQ flavor was not there. There was juice from the shredded chicken on my... nachos with no green onion like they were supposed to come with. The best thing was the bacon cheese fries that was over pricedto me for the portion size. But, I'll consider trying it again another day. Read more

1st time here. We wanted to try this place out simply because of the rave reviews. Unfortunately, 1st impressions are key. ... The establishment was CLEAN! It truly has a nice and warming atmosphere and the dining facility was packed with customers. Kudos to your staff for that. We didn't have to wait long for our order, which was great, but our meat selections were notedible. My wife had the pork, and I had the beef and ribs. We literally ate around it because the meat was too dry and coldfor our liking. There is only so much BBQ sauce one can add for flavor. This will be the one and only visit we make to thisplace. ????
