Delicious pizza and bread sticks. Filled us up and we leftovers for the next day. We got the shaqaronni (sp?)
The last 2 times we have ordered they have not delivered our breadsticks. 1st time I called-they delivered them 40 minutes... later. Last night when we ordered and they forgot them, I went to pick them up. They were rude when I pulled up to get them atthe window. Probably going to be a while before we order again from this store, if we do. Read more

I agree 2022 customer's. The pickup service sucks. I love Papa John's but due to a new location move, I haven't been this year.... Never seen service like that ever at Papa John's. Waiting in drive thru that long with no one in the store. And on time forpickup time ????????????P.S. they could do better on the New Papa Bowls????????????????????" Orders are wrong consistently. It's like the people who work here either cannot read or refuse to. Trash, udder garbage. Last... order wasn't even cooked properly as it was cold in the middle. I hate people who tear down food workers, but I'm starting toget it now. Read more
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!! after waiting hours for our pizza, we tried to cancel the order and they would not refund us our money and... would not deliver the pizzas. They literally just stole our money. No refund, no pizza. I will be reporting this to the betterbusiness bureau. Read more
Just picked up my pizza. Only had one employee working inside. Really nice young lady greeted me at window and quickly brought... my order to me. If you go here and have to wait 5-7 minutes for your pizza don't be a jerk. It's a pizza. Is it really worthgetting upset over? Read more
I typically have no issues here. Today though wow! I ordered online. said 31-41 mins for delivery, Fine. at 59 mins I got a... notification saying its been delayed. No kidding lol. at 1hr31 mins it shows up ice cold. I call to have them send me a new one(regardless of time I just want it hot I stated) manager tells me that they did nothing wrong and he could not do anything.
