Delicious pizza and bread sticks. Filled us up and we leftovers for the next day. We got the shaqaronni (sp?)
The last 2 times we have ordered they have not delivered our breadsticks. 1st time I called-they delivered them 40 minutes... later. Last night when we ordered and they forgot them, I went to pick them up. They were rude when I pulled up to get them atthe window. Probably going to be a while before we order again from this store, if we do. Read more

I agree 2022 customer's. The pickup service sucks. I love Papa John's but due to a new location move, I haven't been this year.... Never seen service like that ever at Papa John's. I typically have no issues here. Today though wow! I ordered online. said 31-41 mins for delivery, Fine. at 59 mins I got a... notification saying its been delayed. No kidding lol. at 1hr31 mins it shows up ice cold. I call to have them send me a new one(regardless of time I just want it hot I stated) manager tells me that they did nothing wrong and he could not do anything.
