Reviews for Fiesta Mexicana in Florence, AL
I found this Fiesta location to use too much salt in Taco's and Burrito's I ordered the chili rellano, green green pepper... stuffed with white cheese, and the cheese was still solid, not melted. I have ordered some chicken items but the chicken is overcooked, dry and chalky, and the steak items I ordered are too. Some servers seemed to be receptive to my patronage of therestaurant, and others made me fill like I just needed to walk out. I noticed they are moving into the old Peking restaurantlocation and am hoping they have a good kitchen staff for the re: launch. I like Mexican Read more
I enjoyed a Burito Special with no meat or cheese. I added a few other things to it. My server was pleasant and the manager was... too. The food was good. Read more
It's obvious that your food is pre-made and comes in boxes when your Chef doesn't know how to properly cook it. I will try again... in a month. Chile rellenos are deep-fried not baked Or microwaved. Read more
Honestly , I do not know how this restaurant has not been shut down by health department. On top of the fact a TV Mexican dinner... would have been more appetizing and less hassle. We ordered, our food and one beer. A different server brought the beer and hadtwo, we explained we only ordered one. When food was brought to table by another server. We waited for our server to bring ussilverware, by the time I decided to get it myself our food was cold. My husband asked for tea from each server that came to ourtable and I asked for tea when I requested silverware. I had to go find tea pitcher myself. No one asked if they could help, andwhen we where done and wondering if we were going to get our Check. Our server showed up, my husband explained, no everythingwas not okay. We had to get our on silverware, our on drinks. Her response was not, apologetic at all. Her response was well wehad a large party. I saw the other patrons in the restaurant, while I was getting our silverware and my husband?s tea. There isno excuse, for poor service. We had to wait at cash register, until I waved a waiter down and told him I had a list ofcomplaints but all I would like to do is pay my bill. When the hostess came to the register with a attitude, she tried to chargeus for the two beers. We both told her, one we had one beer. Along with our other experience. She left the register, then cameback with the original bill we were given by our so called server. The cashier was rude and had an attitude on top of that. Soto sum up our experience the food was bad, the service was bad, and the restrooms were nasty. I would not recommend this place,it is obvious they do not care about quality. The booth behind us, were not served more than chips and drinks, they left. Atable across from us had to get their on silverware also. The only reason I give one star, was in iorder to leave a review. Read more
Best Tex-Mex in the Shoals area. Great salsa Verde and chori-cheese dip. A few authentic dishes, as well as Tex-Mex classics. ... Good selection of meat options beyond ground beef and shredded chicken. Friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. Read more
Usually quiet around lunch time. Staff are nice, sometimes a bit inattentive but usually they're pretty good. Food quality is... good. The Chile fiesta is my favorite. Usually a good bet for an hour long lunch break. Read more
