This is the newest fastfood establishment in the Killen area (or if not the absolute newest, very nearly). The store has been... open for a while but they recently opened up the inside dining option. The inside of the store was clean, the seating was nice,the employees were motivated and hard working and the food was good (still a fast food joint). Really good experience over all. Read more
I drove through and asked for my food fresh and they did, it was very good and hot. Waited extra time for food but not that... long and was worth the wait. Read more
The whoppers were good and fresh and so were the cheese sticks and jalapeño poppers ???? there wasn't a long wait even though... we had 6 or 7 vehicles infront of us. I was surprised how fast they were getting the food out. Great job! Read more
Went to get my family some drinks went to order she said can not hear u so I said it louder the employee said u don't have to... yell so I said nevermind I will go somewhere else and as I was coming around the building a guy came out the side and said byebtich this place really needs to be closed down or have new management will never go to any burger King again wish I could givethem 0 stars Read more
Pretty sure closing 20 minutes early without actually closing is against policy, drive thru was ignored but unlocked, dining... room was locked and we arrived at 9:40. Hours say 10:00 and there were people inside blatantly ignoring phone calls and knocksand honking. Read more
Please for the love of God, it is never okay to re-fry French fries. No fault towards the staff, I suspect management issues...
The location at Shoals Creek is almost never open on time. The last few times we went by there before work, we ended up getting... cold croissants. There is one guy who works there who is really nice and when he is there the store is actually open on time,but he told us he was only training there. He deserves a raise. Read more
Really enjoy eating here. Great food. Great people and the food is some of the best. The onion rings hard to beat.
