Have heard a lot of bad reports on Taco Bell, but the one in Flora is really good. I always go through the Drive-thru and have... never eaten inside. My food is always fresh and hot. The employees have always been very friendly and the service is fast. And Ilove that they serve Pepsi Zero! Kudos to the management team and keep up the good work! Read more

Ordered my good from the kiosk. I was the ONLY CUSTOMER. One employee walks outside to talk to his GF and her mother, another is... using a vape in his black vehicle outside, and a third is walking around with a clip board. No one was making my order. Read more
I really hate leaving 3 star review but this Taco Bell has some room for improvement. I?d say 8/10 of my last orders were... missing something and most of the items were missing from those box specials. Most of the time food is hot and fresh! Sometimescertain items do not have the correct ingredients incorporated. The last 3 nancho boxes were all different! Staff is alwaysfriendly and more than happy to rectify the situation though! A little more attention needs to be spent making sure items arecorrectly prepared and making sure the whole order is included. Read more
I was passing through on my way back home and decided to stop for a late Supper. It was around 9:50 pm on Saturday night... November 5, 2022. After ordering, the young girl said the dining room was closing. I ask if I could sit inside or if I shouldleave. She said as long as I didn't make a mess I could stay. Right after that, the guy who took my order told me to leave. Girl said I could stay then he scolded her for telling me that and to not be telling people that. It wasn't too loud but Icould hear him say it. I left and ate in the car. Not worth this young girl getting in trouble for. If your lobby is closingeither lock the door or tell people they can't eat inside. I felt bad for this young girl dealing with this guy. She deservesbetter and he needs an attitude adjustment.
